Abstract

PURPOSE: To surely prevent hanging-cargo drop accidents by providing the control circuit of each operating system with a self-hold circuit which self-holds a command for excitation and a reset circuit which resets the command for excitation. CONSTITUTION: When an attracting operation is effected by means of a control switch S4 while a switch S is switched to a radio system, a radio command A2 for attraction is held. In that state, when a switch S5 is turned on to effect a switching operation, the command A2 for attraction is reset and a magnet becomes unmagnetized. Further, when the switches S5 , S6 are sequentially turned on to effect a releasing operation, the command A2 for attraction is reset and the magnet is reversely magnetized. When the switch S is used for switching to on-car selection, the radio command A2 for attraction is held set even if an on-car control switch is in an off position or a releasing position, and materials do not drop. When it is desired to effect an off operation or a releasing operation, the switch S1 is turned on once to set a command A1, and after the command A2 is reset, the off operation or releasing operation is effected.
