Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent entanglement of yarn by employing a storing tube having path of flat cross-section and twisted perpendicularly such that yarn path at yarn sucking side are arranged vertically while yarn paths at suction source side are arranged at the opposite sides in horizontal direction. CONSTITUTION:One end of a path 2 in a yarn storing device 1 is coupled through a hose 3 with a suction device while the other end is opened to the atmosphere. The path 2 is formed with a feed side yarn path 5A, a pull-out side yarn path 5B and a slit 5C having such width as a yarn can pass through. The device 1 is twisted perpendicularly to position the paths 5A, 5B vertically at the side of a suction port 4 while position the paths 5A, 5B at the opposite sides in horizontal direction at the side of a suction source, and the path 5A is arranged spirally around the path 5B. It is also bent perpendicularly in flat direction at the side of the suction source. Consequently, influence of self-weight of yarn is eliminated even upon droppage of static pressure of suction air flow thus eliminating entanglement of yarn.
