Abstract

PURPOSE:To measure the three-dimensional position of a body to be measured with high accuracy by moving a light source body in three dimensions together with a rod and projecting its light point position on a position photodetector. CONSTITUTION:When the (DELTAx, DELTAy, DELTAz) of a Q point is found in three dimensions as the work error of a bottle hole, the light source body 11 provided to the rear end of the rod 7 moves in three dimensions as the tip of the rod 7 moves to a Q point and slit light 3 is projected on position photodetecting elements (e.g. PSD) 2a-2c through a slit or lens.
