When it is envelope-detected by a low pass filter 13 after multiplying it by the wobbling frequency, a signal proportional to track dislocation quantity is obtained. In a low frequency band, by the tracking by the wobbling, and in a high frequency band, by the tracking by the difference signal, a control band can be retained as it is, and the influence of the offset, i.e., a low frequency component can be removed, and further, the low frequency gain of a control system can be increased.
