Abstract

PURPOSE:To stably maintain the strength of a weld zone by resintering a sintered body before combined welding by a laser beam and eliminating fat and soil in a bore of the sintered body to prevent the occurrence of a blowhole at the time of welding. CONSTITUTION:The sintered body is subjected to resintering treatment by treating it at a high temperature by using a vacuum furnace under heating conditions not to give the change to material. By this method, the fat, water content and soil in the bore of the sintered body are eliminated. The laser beam is projected on a sintered member 1 obtained by this method to perform laser beam welding. By this method, the joining strength of the weld zone can be maintained.
