CONSTITUTION:A both side metallized plastic film and a both side corona- processed or plasma-processed polyphenylenesulfide film are alternately overlapped to be rolled. First, this rolled body is pressurized in the direction perpendicular to the axis of rolling while being heated making the adhesion thereof 1-20g per 1mm of film width. Second, outer electrode as condenser elements are formed on both ends of the pressure-bonded rolled body. Through these procedures, said films can be prevented from peeling off during the outer electrode formation process, etc., to avoid such defectives as the unstable capacity and breakdown strength as well as the increase in tandelta.
