Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent films from peeling off by a method wherein a both side metallized plastic film and a both side corona-processed or plasma-processed polyphenylenesulfide film are alternately overlapped with each other to be rolled and laminated, heated and pressurized. CONSTITUTION:A both side metallized plastic film and a both side corona- processed or plasma-processed polyphenylenesulfide film are alternately overlapped to be rolled and laminated. Successively, this rolled laminate is pressurized in the perpendicular direction to the laminated face while being heated to bond these laminated both side metallized plastic film and the polyphenylenesulfide film with each other making the adhesion thereof 1-20g per 1mm of film width. Next, outer electrodes as base elements are formed on both ends of this rolled laminate. Later, these base elements are cut off to be condenser elements in almost perpendicular direction to the outer electrode face and the laminated face. Through these procedures, said films can be prevented from peeling off during the processes such as formation, cutting off etc., of the outer electrodes to avoid such defectives as the unstable capacity and breakdown strength as well as the increase in tandelta.
