Abstract

The ceramic insulating plate 1 is made by joining in two plies or more. For example, Al2O3 is put as the main ingredient whereon a binder, etc. is added, which is rolled out to form into green sheet shape on which holes 5 are simultaneously made for penetrating cathodes 3 through by press-machining after it has been cut off in square shapes, and finally it is manufactured by slitting for the purpose of dividing the outer shapes.
