Abstract
PURPOSE:To interrupt the generation of high frequency noise and to miniaturize the accuracy of insulation diagnosis by converting a required original waveform into two projected light beams and then converting the projected beams into extremely low frequency high voltages. CONSTITUTION:An original waveform function generating part 11 inputs a waveform function, and its frequency and a peak value as set signals and outputs a function signal of a sine wave AC voltage. The signal is D/A converted by a D/A converter 22 as an original waveform, the original waveform is converted into a non-inverted original waveform signal 23P by an amplifying part 23 and a reflected original waveform signal 23N and a light source part 24 projects light beams 24P, 24N increased/decreased proportionally to respective signals. A high voltage conversion part 31 is provided with a group of light sensitive type cascade bodies 3P, 32N to supply extremely low frequency high voltages to a sample 35. The amplification factors of the cascade bodies 32P, 32N are respectively controlled by the light beams 24P, 24N, the light beams are fed back to the amplifying part 23, the feedback signal is controlled so as to be equal to the original waveform signal, and a high voltage corresponding to the product of the voltage dividing ratio of a resistor 34 and the peak value of the original waveform is impressed to the sample 35.
