CONSTITUTION:A blend consisting of, by weight, 40% cement, 29-43% siliceous starting material, 3-8% pulp fibers from a conifer tree and/or a broad-leaved tree, 1-10% chlorite such as penninite, 1-10% hydrous Mg-based clay having thixotropy such as attapulgite and the balance lightweight expanded aggregate is kneaded with a required amt. of an extruding assistant and water. The kneaded material is extrusion-molded and the molded body is subjected to primary curing and curing in an autoclave.
