Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent that a long time is required in lowering temp. of a liquid to set temp., by cooling the liquid held to high temp. after sterilization by a cooling apparatus on the way passing said liquid through an artificial organ to pass the sterilized low temp. liquid through said artificial organ. CONSTITUTION:When both of an autoclave 1 ad an artificial organ 2 reach 121 deg.C or more, the artificial organ 2 is sterilized for a predetermined time set as a high pressure steam sterilizing condition of 121 deg.C. A cooling medium is allowed to flow to a cooling apparatus 7 by operating a pump 15 until sterilization is finished to be passed through the cooling apparatus 7 and the outflow liquid lowered in temp. from a sterilized liquid storage tank 6 is returned to the storage tank 6 and the pipeline from the cooling apparatus 7 to the circuit inlet 11 of the artificial organ is also cooled by said liquid.
