Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable maintaining necessary power even at the time of changing main storage batteries by changing main and auxiliary storage batteries from each other and connecting said batteries relative to a load side by a no-voltage detection relay for detecting a voltage of said main storage battery. CONSTITUTION:When the connector 6 of a main storage battery 5 is removed for change of main storage batteries 5, a no-voltage relay 11 operates and its relay contact 12 is switched over to a contact b because there is no voltage between one and the other terminals of said connector 6. In this manner, the positive electrode of an auxiliary storage battery 10 is connected with the positive input terminal 14 of a power supply 7, which is supplied with power from said auxiliary storage battery 10. When a new main storage battery 5 is connected with the connector 6, the relay contact 12 of said no-voltage detection re lay 11 is switched over to a contact (a) side. Accordingly, a power supply source is switched from the auxiliary storage battery 10 to the main storage battery 5 without interrupting the power supply.
