Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow a battery to control the optimum charging and discharging of current, by correcting the reference voltage with a voltage sensor in accordance with the charged current to the storage battery and discharged current to a load. CONSTITUTION:The output of a solar battery is supplied to a storage battery 2 through a switch 7 and further supplied to a load 6 through a switch 8. A controlling circuit 9 inputs the values of current sensors 3 and 4 and reads the corrected voltage values corresponding to these values from a storage device, with which the reference voltage with a voltage sensor is corrected, and with the corrected voltage values the circuit 9 will work so that the overcharge and over-discharge of the storage battery may be controlled.
