Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate wasteful time until combustion is restarted by a method wherein in case a combustion starting switch is turned on again during post purging operation, combustion is restarted immediately after the post purging time exceeds a timer time for prepurging operation. CONSTITUTION:A main operation switch 11 is turned on when a combustion unit starts to operate. When a combustion switch 12 is depressed, a transistor 31 is turned on, a watch dog IC32 is supplied with electrical energy and simultaneously a switch signal is inputted to a micro-computer 33 through a switch input signal line 34. The computer 33 outputs a signal to a computer power supply self-holding signal output line 37 to turn on the transistor 31. In turn, when the switch 12 is turned off during combustion, a timer within the computer 33 is turned on and then the post purging operation is started. Further, when the switch 12 is turned on during the post purging operation, pre-purging operation is cancelled according to prepurging time and then combustion is immediately restarted.
