Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce slide loss by introducing sucked gas into an independent space formed by a partition wall on the rear surface side of a stationary blade mirror plate so as to prevent thrust force from concentrating to the center part of the blade. CONSTITUTION:When a compressor is driven, sucked gas is introduced into a compression chamber 7 from a pipe 10 through a port 2c. At this time, a part of the sucked gas is introduced into a lower pressure chamber 9 through a communication hole 12. Meanwhile, gas discharged from a port 2c' is discharged into and outside of a closed container 1 through pipes 11, 15. As a result, the low pressure chamber 9 is held at a suction pressure so that the suction pressure is effected on the rear surface of the mirror plate 2a of a stationary blade 2. Meanwhile, the nearer to the center of a compression chamber 7, the higher the pressure in the chamber 7 becomes, and accordingly, the mirror plate 2a is deformed so as to be warped toward the low pressure chamber 9. Due to such deformation, the thermal expansion of laps 2b which increases toward the center part thereof may be relieved. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent thrust force from concentrating to the center part of the stationary blade 2.
