Abstract

PURPOSE:To restrain temperature change of recovery heat in a plant recovering exhaust beat of a prime mover driving a power plant and supplying it to equip ment by variably changing the number of revolutions of the prime mover accord ing to temperature fluctuation of thermal loads, and minimizing the fluctuation. CONSTITUTION:In gas turbine equipment, a high pressure air compressed by a compressor 1 is supplied to a combustor 2 to make it contribute to combustion of a supplied fuel to generate high temp. and high pressure combustion gas, which is supplied to a turbine to drive a power generator 4. An exhaust gas from the turbine 3 is discharged through a heat recovery boiler 5 generating steam which is supplied to a suction type freezer and a hot water generator 7 for heating. A controller 12 is provided for inputting signals of a gas turbine exhaust gas temperature Td and the number of revolutions N of a rotor, where by the number of revolutions is changed in fluctuation in heat supply loads, thereby an inlet guide vane 9 and a fuel control valve 12 are controlled to decrease heat fluctuation in thermal loads.
