Abstract

PURPOSE:To simply input mass information and graphic information by outputting a character string and pattern information from a storing means based on bar code information obtained by the scanning of a scanner. CONSTITUTION:When storage information 5b stored beforehand is to be obtained from an information output circuit 4, information 1a equivalent to the storage information 5b is searched from the inside of a sheet 1 and a bar code 1b corresponding to desired information 1a is scanned with a bar code scanner 2. The bar scanner 2 converts and outputs the scanned bar code to an electric signal. The signal becomes binary information by a coding circuit 3. An information output circuit 4 inputs the binary information into a storing circuit 5 as position information 5a of the information in a storing circuit 5, obtains the storage information 5b and outputs it. Thus, by a simple operation to use a bar code and a bar code scanner, arbitrary information such as character string information and graphic information can be inputted.
