Abstract

PURPOSE:To make an information file efficnet by outputting the information file, consisting of character codes and pattern codes, by converting into sound or pictrues when supplying it to a user. CONSTITUTION:Terminal 1 attains access to computer 41 via communication circuit 2 to retrieve needed information. The retrieved information consists of audio information annexed to a collection of character codes and pattern codes as picture information. Computer 41 converts the picture information into a picture signal by picture converter 43 and then converts the audio informatin into an audio signal by audio converter 45 before sending to terminal 1 via communication circuit 2. Consequently, a user can obtain needed information with efficiency and a person in charge of the formation of information file 42 can form it efficiently with information coded.
