CONSTITUTION:The character type discrimination section C1 of a Kanji code given from an information processor 1 is stored in a refresh memory 5 via a selection circuit 3, the discrimination section C1 sequentially transmitted from the memory 5 is converted into a character pattern signal at a character pattern generator 8 to form characters on a screen. On the other hand, in case of audio output, the discrimination section C1 of the Kanji code given from the device 1 and a reading discrimination section C2 are stored in a buffer memory 4 via the circuit 3. Kanji codes are sequentially transmitted in matching with a speed understood by the operator from the memory 4, and a series of audio element parameter is obtained from an audio dictionary section 6 and audio output 7 is made.
