Abstract

CONSTITUTION: At a liquid receiving device which receives liquid from a mobile tank 5 to a storage tank 1 by feed pumps 3a, 3b, the feed pumps 3a, 3b are furnished with bypass pipings E1 , E2 bypassing suction pipings A1 , A2 , C and discharge pipings D1 , D2 , D. Bypass valves e1 , e2 are connected respectively to bypass pipings E1 , E2 . In the case air is introduced into the tank directly receiving system comprising the pipings A1 , A2 , or the dump tank feed system comprising a dump tank 2 and the pipings C, the bypass valves e1 , e2 are opened to apply the static pressure of the storage tank 1, letting the liquid flow into the pipings C through bypass pipings E1 , E2 , or into the dump tank 2 through the pipings A2 , header pipe 10, pipings A1 , automatic three-way valve 9, pipings B1 , header pipe 11, and pipings B2 in order to let the air out.
