The invention relates to a pump construction industry, namely, to pumping units with devices for combating cavitation wear of working surfaces, and can be used for pumping abrasive media at the ore-dressing plants of ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, as well as in other branches of the national economy. A pump unit with an automatic control device is known, which contains a receiving device and a gate-adjustable sensor signal, mounted on the discharge port 1. The disadvantages of this unit are low control efficiency and low reliability. Closest to the invention by technical essence is a pump unit comprising a pump with suction and discharge piping and a receiving tank with a float 2 located on the first one. The disadvantages of this unit are low reliability and a narrow range of operation. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability and the widening of the range of operation. The goal is achieved by the fact that in a pumping unit containing a pump with suction and discharge piping and a receiving tank with a float placed on the first of them, the latter is equipped with a pinch roller, and the discharge piping - with a chamber with an annular insert placed along it and a tube connected to the chamber for supplying a control medium to it, having an elastic section located above the container, provided with a supporting element on the side opposite to the roller and interactions with roller in the extreme upper position of the float. The drawing schematically shows the described pumping unit, a longitudinal section. The pumping unit contains a pump 1 with suction and discharge pipes 2 and 3 and a receiving tank 4 placed on the first one with a float 5, the latter being equipped with a pinch roller 6, and the discharge pipe 3 with a chamber 7 with an annular elastic ring 3 along it. an insert 8 and a tube 9 connected to the chamber 7 for supplying the control medium thereto, having an elastic section 10 located above the container 4, provided with a supporting element 1 on the side opposite to the roller 6 and interacting with the roller 6 in the extreme upper position of the float 5. The tube 9 for supplying the control medium is equipped with a shut-off member 12. The pumping unit is started in the following sequence. Open access of the working medium (bullets: ne) to the receiving tank 4. As the receiving tank 4 is filled, the level of the working medium (pulp) in it together with the float 5 rises until the float 5 with its roller 6 clenches the elastic section 10 of the tube 9 As a result, the pumping unit is put into operation. The pump unit enters the maximum flow mode, since the flow area of the elastic insert 8 is maximum. Then the locking body 12 is installed in the adjusted position. From this point on, all elements are included in the work. If at this moment the inflow of working medium (pulp) into the receiving tank 4 is greater than or equal to the flow rate of pump 1 in the initially specified operating mode, the pump unit continues to operate in this mode. If the inflow of the working medium (pulp) in the receiving tank 4 is less than the flow rate of the pump 1 in the initially specified operating mode, then the level of the working medium in the receiving tank 4 together with the float 5 is lowered, the section of the elastic section 10 opens, and the control medium enters the cavity of the chamber 7 with a varying volume, and from there through the valve 12 to the atmosphere. Since the flow area defined by the locking member 12 is significantly less than the flow area of the tube 9, a pressure differential occurs in the cavity of the chamber 7 with a variable volume, exceeding the pressure of the working medium (pulp) developed by the pump 1 in this mode. The flow section of the elastic insert 8 under the action of the resulting pressure drop decreases, and the pump unit enters a new operating mode in which the flow area of the elastic section 10 of the tube 9 is clamped by the roller 6 of the float 5 just enough so that in the established mode of operation of the pump unit its consumption is compared with the inflow of the working medium (pulp). into the receiving tank 4. In the steady state, the pump unit operates until the next change in the inflow of the working medium (pulp) into the receiving tank 4. If this change increase, the level of the working medium (pulp) in the receiving tank 4 will increase and the float 5 with its roller 6 will lift the elastic section 10 of the tube 9 just enough so that the subsequent increase in the elastic section of the elastic insert 8 will compensate for the excess flow of the working medium (pulp) in the receiving tank 4 and thus bring the system into a new state of equilibrium. If this change occurs in the direction of decreasing, then everything happens in the reverse order: the level of the working medium (pulp) in the receiving tank 4 is reduced, and the float 5 opens the flow area of the elastic section 10 of the tube 9 so that the subsequent decrease in the flow area elastic insert 8 to compensate for the non-5 wealth of the inflow of the working medium (pulp) in the receiving tank 4 and thereby again bring the system into a state of equilibrium. Thus, the process of the output of the pump unit to the operating mode with a flow rate equal to the inflow of the working medium (pulp) into the receiving tank 4, due to the hydraulic feedback, flows automatically, smoothly and continuously. In the pump unit, due to the exclusion of the possibility of emptying the receiving tank 108622 5, it inevitably causes air leakage and discontinuity of the working medium flow, stabilization of the working medium column in the suction pipe and supply of the working medium under the float almost completely eliminates the cause of the working surfaces of the pump The elimination of the causes of cavitational wear of working surfaces of the coca increases the service life, reduces vibration to a minimum, significantly reduces the degree of eravnomernosti wear of working surfaces. Thus, the invention significantly increases the reliability of the unit and extends the range of its operation.
