Abstract

And the abrasive grains 3 are fitted to the shape of the pattern via the coagulation of the adhesive material. Thereafter, the sheet 1 is cut into a grinding stone shape and a plurality of the cutout sheets 1 are laminated in a baking mold and formed into a grinding stone proper 9 via a warm work ing molding process. The ends of the grinding stone proper 9 so formed are cut out, thereby forming a grinding effect face having a desired abrasive grain cutting edge distribution.
