Abstract

PURPOSE:To make a conductive part and a grinding stone base material monolithic with each other and avoid a drop in the strength of a conductive grinding stone by preparing a resin sheet mixed with abrasive grains and then printing a conductive circuit on the resin sheet and cutting the sheet into a grinding stone shape. CONSTITUTION:A conductive circuit 4 is printed on the upper surface of a resin sheet 3 mixed with abrasive grains. This resin sheet 3 is cut into a grinding stone shape and a plurality of the cutout sheets 3 are laminated and then formed into a grinding stone proper 6 via a warm pressurized molding process. Then, an aluminum core 7 is built into the grinding stone proper 6 along the internal surface thereof, thereby obtaining a conductive grinding stone 8 of sufficient strength.
