本発明は、上記従来の問題点を解消するもので、1つの
型原体と望みの絵柄板のみの製作によシ、簡易に多種類
の絵柄入成形品を成形することができるものであシ、型
取替え時間の損失をよシ省略し、かつ繊細な絵柄を成形
品へ忠実に賦形することを目的とする◇凹゛ 発明の構
成
本発明は熱可塑性樹脂板の圧空成形において雄型又は雌
型伏型原体の成形面の一部もしくは全面に、該熱可塑性
樹脂板の成形温度および圧力によって変形しない、硬質
の凹凸模様および/又は立体画を有する脱着可能な絵柄
板を取付は成形品表面の一部もしくは全面に該絵柄を賦
形することを特徴とする絵柄入成形品の成形方法に関す

の効果
本発明の方法によれば、従来のように製品絵柄毎に成形
型を製作する必要がなく、1つの型原体と望みの絵柄板
のみ造れば該絵柄板の取替で多種類の絵柄入成形品が成
形出来るし、成形品の絵柄変更についても、いちいち成
形型を取替える必要がなく、型原体を成形機に取付けた
まま、絵柄板のみ取替えれば艮く、型製作費の削減、型
製作期間の短縮さらには品種切替え時間の短縮等が容易
に行えることから、特に多品種少量生産に適した成形方
法といえる〇
また、手近にあるガラス板などに彫刻された絵柄を照明
カバーに賦形したいと思えば、該ガラス板を所定の大き
さに切りとシ型原体に取付けて成形すれば即座に該ガラ
ス板の絵柄が賦形された照明カバーが得られるというで
