Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of a migration as well as to make it possible to cope sufficiently with fine patterning, by a method wherein an organic conductive material-added graphite conductive paste is used for the formation of an electrode contact part and an input/output part and the like. CONSTITUTION:A circuit pattern 2 formed with a silver paste, an electrode contact part 3A and an input/output part 3B, which are formed with an organic conductive material-added graphite conductive paste, and a resist coat layer 4 formed with an insulating resist at a part other than the parts 3A and 3B are provided on an insulating sheet 1. For example, a TCNQ-TTF complex is used as the above organic conductive material and is added in such a way that the complex is contained in the above graphite conductive paste within a range of 5-30%.
