- 有害成分を含有するガスの排出機構であつて、
該ガスの排出源にバルブを介して接続されたガス
の排出管と、該バルブに近接した部分で該排出管
と一端が接続され他端が不活性ガスの供給源に接
続された不活性ガスの注入管とを備えてなること
を特徴とするガスの排出機構。
