Claims (1)
- ネブライザとキヤリヤガスの加湿を行うバブラ
をつなぐ配管と、バブラとガス制御部をつなぐ配
管との間にバイパス配管を設け、該バイパス配管
にネブライザ側配管のガス圧をガス制御部側配管
に逃がすためのガス圧調節弁を設けてバブラ内の
液がガス制御部に逆流しないようにしたことを特
徴とする試料溶液噴霧装置。
