Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 吸込み口に近い厨房排気ダクトの接続部に１を
取り付ける。調理中の油分は高温蒸気となり、排
気フアンによりダクト内部に引き込まれ２の内部
に入る。その時３から水を散布し高温蒸気を冷却
し水と一緒に４にて洗い流す。冷却された残りの
油分は５に付着して油の大部分を取り除くことが
できる。 ５を通過した水分は６により取り除きそれ以上
奥に水分が行かないようにする。 ５及び６は７を取り外すことにより点検清掃が
可能である。４にて洗い流した排水は水槽に入れ
油分を取り除きポンプにて再利用できるようにし
た厨房排気ダクト油煙処理装置である。
