Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve productivity, safety and product quality by arranging digital scales to movable part in a die-casting machine and sequentially controlling stroke position, velocity and acceleration of the movable part. CONSTITUTION:The digital scales 9, 13 are buried into a guide bar 7 of die clamping part, and absolute type sensors 10, 14 are arranged on a hausing 2. The digital scales 25, 28 and the sensors 26, 29 are arranged respectively to pushing part and die height adjusting part, too. Beforehand, the die clamping velocity, stroke and the acceleration of the movable part are inputted to a CPU from key board, and the stroke position, velocity and acceleration of the movable part are sequentially controlled through the output signal of each digital scale device 9, 10, 25, 26, 28, 29. As the setting value is maintained at constant, the productivity, the safety and the product quality are improved.
