Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniformize dispersion of particle and to improve material characteristic by arranging annular nozzle or plural nozzles, injecting molten metal under assembling condition and blowing grain against the assembling part of the injected molten metal. CONSTITUTION:The annular nozzle or two or more of the injection nozzles 41 are arranged so as to assemble the injected flow of the molten metal 3 at one position and also a molten metal pump 42 is arranged to a melting furnace 1. The molten metal 3 having the prescribed temp. through a heater 2 is prepared and next is pumped up with the molten metal pump 42, to inject from the nozzle 41. At the position assembling the molten metal 3 flow, the dispersing reinforced particle 6 is supplied together with carrier gas 53 from a hopper 51 in a particle supplying device 5. By this method, as the particle 6 is enclosed into the molten metal and stirred, the dispersion of the particle 6 is uniformized. Therefore, the material characteristic is improved.
