PURPOSE:To make steep a reproduction waveform by laminating a non-magnetic material member at the medium facing surface side of a first magnetic material member and arranging a second magnetic member over the first magnetic material member and the non-magnetic material member. CONSTITUTION:On a first magnetic material member 1 such as a magnetic ferrite, for example, a non-magnetic material member 4 such as a glass is adhered by vapor deposition, etc, and further, at the protruding part of the first magnetic material member 1 adhered by the non-magnetic material member, the second magnetic material member 2 such as a 'Sendust(R)' is adhered by a sputter, etc. By placing oppositely two first magnetic material members in which the second magnetic material member 2 and the non-magnetic material member 4 are adhered, a magnetic path is formed. As this result, the first magnetic material member 1 is of the construction retreated from the medium facing surface more than the second magnetic material member 2, a leaking magnetic flux 6 from the first magnetic material member 1 does not appear on the medium facing surface, and even when a magnetomotive force is increased, the leaking magnetic flux for recording to the medium is limited to a leaking magnetic flux 5 from the second magnetic material member 2.
