Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to retain wire materials easily with an appropriate tension and with pitches corresponding to contacts by providing two coils made by closely winding two wires having elasticity in directions opposite to each other, extending the coils with an appropriate tension, and inserting the wires into the gaps of the coils. CONSTITUTION:A coil 1 made by closely winding a wire having elasticity in the right-hand direction for example is inserted into a coil 2 made by winding a wire having elasticity in the left-hand direction for example. When both coils are extended to produce a required pitch, the wires of the coils 1 and 2 form a V-shape space to hold wire materials 3 inserted into the V-shape space from above. Said pitch of the coil is arbitrarily determined within the range of the elasticity of the coil: for example a spring wire of the diameter of 0.3mm can be closely wound and used by extending to produce a pitch of 1.27mm.
