Abstract

PURPOSE:To make it possible to form a nearly S-shaped double coiled heater by inserting the top portion of a winding rod in the slit groove provided on which a primary coil is placed into a through hole for the winding rod provided in a jig and rotating the said rod about 0.5 turn as to the jig. CONSTITUTION:A primary coil 5 is arranged along a winding rod 20 so as that a portion 5a of which is placed in a slit groove 20b provided on the top of the said rod 20, and the top portion of the rod 20 is inserted in a through hole 10a provided in a jig 10. When the winding rod 20 is rotated by about 0.5 turn as to the jig 10 the portion 5a of the primary coil is rotated in a plane while being holded in the slit groove 20b and made to straight heater 2c. On the other hand, as the ends of the slit groove 2b are removed from the through holes 10b, 10c in which the primary coil is inserted respectively, circular heaters 2b, 2b are formed around the rod 20 by the elongation of the portion 5a of the primary coil 5 in the slit groove 20b and pulled out and elongated portion of the side portions 5b, 5c. Thereby a nearly S-shaped double coiled heater can be formed easily in a plane.
