Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the heat transfer of heat storage and heat release between fluid and heat storage material by causing the fluid to flow through the fluid once-through holes of a plurality of heat storage containers possessing latent heat material at the inner part and seed crystal at the inner part of a circumferential edge and also slit parts formed by spacers at the circumferential edqe part. CONSTITUTION:Plural sheets of heat storage containers 2 are piled up through spacers 6 and slit parts through which fluid flows are formed. At the containers 2 fluid once-through holes 9 are so placed that the location of the holes are shifted from the center to a circumferential edge side and seed crystal 8 is placed at the inner parts of the circumferential edge 7. The crystal 8 prevents supercooling at the time of heat release of latent heat storage material 3. After the fluid passes through a jacket 12 from an inlet part, it meanders in the slit parts 14 and is discharged from an outlet part after passing through a jacket 13. During this time, heat storage from the fluid to the material 3 or heat release from the material 3 to the fluid is carried out. Thereby, the crystallization of the heat storage material can be surely and rapidly carried out.
