CONSTITUTION:So far as a piezoelectric element section 2 is concerned, an electrode on the one-side surface of a piezoelectric element is divided into two to form divided electrodes 61, 62, and an electrode 60 on the other side surface is formed as a common electrode. When high frequency voltage is applied to either one of the divided piezoelectric element sections 21, 22 of an oscillator to excite the sections, then they are oscillated up and down in the longitudinal direction of the oscillator 1, and in the vertical direction, a maximum amplitude point is moved on the slant because the divided piezoelectric element sections 21, 22 are arranged to be inclined in the width direction.
