Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of phase deviation of recording information and loss by forming a superconductor layer consisting of a superconductive material having a Meissner effect on a base substrate or base film. CONSTITUTION:The superconductor layer 6 consisting of the superconductive material having the Meissner effect is provided on the base film 11 and further, a magnetic material layer 2 is formed thereon by a coating technique or vapor deposition technique. The magnetic fluxes generated in a magnetic core 4 are prevented from entering deep the magnetic material layer 2 by the Meissner effect of the superconductor layer 6 and are transmitted only through the surface of the magnetic material layer 2. The magnetic fluxes are, therefore, not generated any longer and the phase deviation of the recording information and the loss by the film thickness of the magnetic material layer are hardly generated.
