Abstract

PURPOSE:To accurately decide a block quantity by heating a part of resistances constituting a bridge circuit from the back and detecting a current quantity corresponding to a block state wherein a current flows when wind strikes for cooling. CONSTITUTION:A current is supplied to a resistance 12 as a heater provided on the reverse surface of a substrate 1 to heat a resistance surrounded with four long holes 3 bored in the front of the substrate 1 and also to prevent the heat from being conducted to other resistances 5-7 constituting the bridge circuit; and a voltage is applied between terminals 8 and 10 and the resistance value is so set that the current between terminals 9 and 11 is zero. When air flows in a pipe extends out of the room wherein the substrate 1 is arranged and strikes on the substrate 1, the temperature of the heated resistance 4 falls and its resistance value also decreases to cause misbalance; and the current flows between the terminals 9 and 11 by an amount proportional to the block quantity, so that the block state is accurately decided.
