Conventional air conditioning ventilation fans aim to exchange polluted air with fresh outside air without changing the temperature atmosphere of the room as much as possible, so air supply and exhaust are always carried out simultaneously. However, the requirement to maintain the temperature atmosphere in a room during ventilation is not something that lasts all year round, and depending on the time of year, ventilation that does not involve heat exchange may be more comfortable. The ventilation fan could not solve the problem.

The air conditioning ventilation fan shown in the drawings as an application example of the present invention has a decorative grille 2 attached to the indoor side of a main body 1 that is fitted into a through hole formed in a wall W separating the inside and outside of a room. Inside the main body 1, there are two mutually independent passages connecting the indoor side and the outdoor side, namely, an air supply passage 3 for taking in outside air and an exhaust passage 4 for exhausting indoor air. It is configured. The air supply passage 3 and the exhaust passage 4 each consist of two ventilation passages with a cross-flow type heat exchanger 5 removably attached to the main body 1 in the middle of the route, and the exhaust flow flowing through the exhaust passage 4 and Heat exchange with the air supply flow flowing through the air supply passage 3 takes place in this portion. A supply air blower 6 is installed at the indoor end of the air supply passage 3 to form an airflow from the outdoors to the indoor room, and an air supply blower 6 is installed at the outdoor end of the exhaust passage 4 to form an air flow from the outdoors to the indoor room. The exhaust blowers 7 which form an airflow from the inside to the outdoors are arranged under a power supply configuration as shown in FIG. That is, the exhaust blower 7 and the supply air blower 6 can be operated simultaneously by the changeover switch 8, or only the exhaust blower 7 can be operated independently. Immediately in front of the heat exchanger 5 in the air supply passage 3 is an air supply chamber S, and this air supply chamber S directly communicates with the room via a bypass 9 dedicated to air supply. This bypass 9 is provided with an opening/closing damper 11, which is an opening/closing device, and is freely suspended at the communication part with the air supply chamber S by an upper rotating shaft 10 to enable rotation about the indoor side. Normally, the communication portion of the bypass 9 with the air supply chamber S is closed by the opening/closing damper 11. Note that the decorative grille 2 attached to the front of the main body 1 is
The outlet ends of the air supply passage 3 and the bypass 9, and the inlet end of the exhaust passage 4 are separated and faced into the room.

However, this air conditioning ventilation fan is
Accordingly, an air supply/exhaust operation in which the supply air blower 6 and the exhaust air blower 7 are operated simultaneously, and an exhaust operation in which the exhaust air blower 7 is operated independently are possible. In the supply and exhaust operation, air conditioning ventilation is achieved with heat exchange between the air supply passage 3 and the exhaust passage 4, and in the exhaust operation, ventilation without heat exchange is achieved through the bypass 9 and the exhaust passage 44. It can be done. That is, when the supply air blower 6 and the exhaust air blower 7 are operated, the supply air chamber S becomes negative pressure due to the action of the suction force, and the opening/closing damper 11 is absorbed by the communication part and the bypass 9 is closed. There are 9 non-functional air conditioning and ventilation systems. However, when only the exhaust blower 7 is operated, the indoor side becomes negative pressure, which opens the opening/closing damper 11, connects the bypass 9, and allows outside air to be supplied indoors without passing through the heat exchanger 5. It is. Therefore, there are times when there is no need to cool or heat the room,
It is possible to select the type of ventilation depending on the time of year when cooling or heating is needed, making it possible to achieve more comfortable ventilation.

As is clear from the above explanation based on the embodiments, the air conditioning ventilation fan of the present invention has an air supply passage and an exhaust passage each having a heat exchanger as part of the path, and also does not have a heat exchanger as part of the path. A bypass dedicated to supply air that can be opened and closed is provided, and the exhaust blower is configured so that it can be operated independently from the supply air blower. Since it is designed to open due to fluctuations, in addition to ventilation that involves heat exchange between the exhaust passage and supply air passage, only the exhaust blower must be operated for ventilation that does not involve heat exchange between the exhaust passage and the bypass. This can be done automatically by Therefore, it is possible to take the form of ventilation that suits your needs, and to achieve comfortable ventilation for many years to come.
