Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide ventilation function as well as cooling/heating functions without installing a room unit on the wall by disposing an air duct which distributes the air blown by a fan that draws air from an inlet disposed in the ceiling to the outlet disposed in the ceiling and to the outside, a damper which opens or closes said duct and a heat exchanger in the air duct which is connected to the outlet. CONSTITUTION:The air drawn by a blower fan 7 from the inlet 4 is released to the outside for ventilation by opening the damper 8 and closing the damper 9, or is blown as cold or hot air from the outlet 12 by opening the damper 9 and closing the damper 8 to allow heat-exchanging by the usage side heat exchanger 11. Further, by adjusting the opening of the dampers 8, 9 respectively to a suitable degree when operating under cooling or heating mode, part of air drawn by the blower fan 7 can be released to the outside, permitting the ventilation while continuing the cooling or heating operation.

Means for Solving the Problem In order to solve this problem, the in-ceiling type ventilation/heating/cooling device of the present invention includes a fan that sucks air from an inlet provided on the ceiling surface, and a fan that sucks air from an inlet provided on the ceiling surface, and the inlet and the fan. It is equipped with a connecting duct, a ventilation path that separates the air from the air outlet provided on the ceiling surface and the outdoors from the fan, and a damper that opens and closes this ventilation path. This configuration includes an exchanger.

In the figure, an inlet 4 and an outlet 12 are provided on a ceiling 10. A blowing fan 7 and a duct 6 connecting the blowing fan 7 and the suction port 4 are installed in the ceiling 1o. Dampers 8 and 9 are provided on the leeward side of the blowing fan 7 to switch the flow. A damper 8 is provided on the suction side of an exhaust duct 13, which is a ventilation path that communicates with the outside and ventilates the inside of the room. A user-side heat exchanger 11 forming a refrigeration cycle with the outdoor unit 14 is housed, and a damper 9 is provided on the suction side of a ventilation path communicating with the outlet 12.

In the above configuration, the air sucked from the suction port 4 by the ventilation fan 7 is transferred to the exhaust duct 13 by opening the damper 8 and closing the damper 9, as shown in FIG.
It is released outdoors through the ventilator and ventilated. Next, as shown in FIG.
Heat exchange is performed at the air outlet 12, and the air is blown out as cold and hot air. Furthermore, by appropriately adjusting the opening degrees of the dampers 8 and 9, a portion of the air sucked in by the blower fan 7 can be released outdoors during heating and cooling operation. It is also possible to provide ventilation. A drain pipe 15 is a pipe for draining dehumidified water generated from the user-side heat exchanger 11 to the outside during cooling operation.
