Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent any odor and any moisture upon cooking from remaining in a dowel by closing an in-door return damper provided in an air conditioning flow passage and venting air from a range vent through a range vent flow passage. CONSTITUTION:For ventilation of in-door air, partial air flowing in through an in-door intake vent 33 is exhausted from an out-door exhaust vent 35 after passing through an exhaust flow passage 57. On the contrary, air from each room flows in from the in-door intake vent 33, and air-conditioning air cooled or heated through a heat exchanger 39 from an air-condition flow passage 55 is supplied from an in-door intake vent 32 into each room. When a blower is used in a kitchen, any odor and the like remain in a kitchen room only through ventilation by the blower. Accordingly, for a ventilation changeover damper 45 the exhaust flow passage 57 is closed and for an intake changeover damper 46 an intake flow passage 56 is closed and the air-conditioning flow passage 55 in the in-door intake vent 33 is also closed. With such changeover, the air from the kitchen is directly vented by an exhaust fan 43 from the range exhaust vent 36 through the out-door exhaust vent 35.

Inside the main body 31, air is drawn from each room through the indoor air intake port 33, and air heated (during heating) or cooled (during cooling) by a heat exchanger 37 is passed through the indoor air supply port 32. It has an indoor circulation blower 38 that blows out more air. An air conditioning flow path 65 shown by arrow A is provided. On the other hand, outside air intake 3
4, the outside air is taken in by the intake fan 39, passes through the total heat exchanger 44, and reaches the indoor circulation blower 38 through the intake flow path 66 shown by arrow B, and is exhausted from the indoor circulation blower 38 through the total heat exchanger 44. The fan 43 constitutes an exhaust flow path 67 shown by arrow C that exhausts the air from the outdoor exhaust port 36 to the outdoors. A total heat exchanger 44 is provided in the middle of the intake flow path 56.
An intake switching damper 46 is provided which can be switched to allow ventilation to the side or to the side of the bypass flow path 49 shown by arrow D where a large amount of air is taken in. Further, the range exhaust port 36 is provided with an exhaust gas switching damper 45 that can switch between closing the exhaust flow path 66 and closing the range exhaust port 36. Furthermore, the indoor air intake port 33 provided on the lower surface side of the main body 31 has an indoor return damper 60 which is closed when the range exhaust port 36 is opened. has been established. That is, an indoor return damper SO is provided at the indoor intake port 33 of the air conditioning flow path 66, and when a range hood fan (not shown) used in the kitchen is in use, the air is returned from the indoor air intake port 36 to the outdoor air via the exhaust fan 43. Range exhaust flow path 68 shown by arrow E so as to exhaust air from the exhaust port 36 to the outdoors

On the other hand, air from each room flows in through the indoor air intake port 33, and cooled or heated air-conditioned air that passes through the heat exchanger 39 through the air conditioning flow path 66 is supplied to each room through the indoor air supply port 32. Therefore, if a range fan is used in the kitchen, if only the range fan is used to exhaust the air, the kitchen room may become deficient in oxygen, and odors, moisture, etc. may remain. For this purpose, the exhaust switching damper 45 closes the exhaust flow path 67 (dotted line position),
The intake switching damper 46 closes the intake passage 66 at the dotted line position, and the air conditioning passage 55 of the indoor air intake port 33 also closes at the dotted line position. By switching these dampers, the air from the kitchen is exhausted from the range exhaust port 36 to 7 amps 43.
As a result, the air is directly exhausted from the outdoor exhaust port 35, and since there is no resistance, a large amount of exhaust gas can be obtained. At the same time, the outside air flowing in from the outside air intake port 34 flows through the bypass flow path 49 shown by arrow D, passes through the indoor circulation blower 3B,
Since one of the plurality of indoor air supply ports 32 is connected to the kitchen through the heat exchanger 37, a large amount of outside air flows through the bypass passage 49 and is supplied to the kitchen, and the large amount of outside air in the kitchen is Exhaust and air supply are carried out to eliminate oxygen deficiency, odors, and moisture in the kitchen.

That is, outside air intake passes through the bypass flow path 49 and bypasses the total heat exchanger 44, and exhaust air passes through the range exhaust flow path 5.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments described above, according to the present invention, there is an air conditioning flow path which passes through an indoor circulation blower from an indoor air intake port, passes through a heat exchanger, and discharges air from an indoor air supply port to each room; An indoor return damper provided at the indoor intake port of the air conditioning flow path, an air intake flow path from the outside air intake through the intake fan, the total heat exchanger, and the indoor circulation blower, and an air intake flow path provided in the middle of this air intake flow path. an air intake switching damper that opens and closes this bypass flow path, an exhaust flow path that runs from the indoor circulation blower through the total heat exchanger to the outdoor exhaust port by the exhaust fan, and from the microwave exhaust port to the exhaust fan. The structure is equipped with an exhaust switching damper that opens and closes the range exhaust flow path and the exhaust flow path leading to the outdoor exhaust port, so even when the amount of exhaust from the range fan in the kitchen is small, the range exhaust flow path and the outside air intake can be closed. By each flow path passing through the bypass flow path from
A large amount of air can be ventilated, and there is no oxygen deficiency caused by combustion in the kitchen, and there is no residual odor or moisture. This also has the effect of reducing the amount of damage to the house.
