Abstract
PURPOSE:To cope with a heating value variation in a spindle part due to a working condition change by stopping feedback control once immediately after the working condition change, and regulating a feed liquid temperature positively to the setting one corresponding to the working condition being prestored. CONSTITUTION:When a command of spindle speed, namely, a working condition variation command is outputted from a numerical control system 20, a selector device 34 is once selected to the side of a setting oil temperature command device 32 as long as the specified time (for example, for 3min), a setting temperature corresponding to the command speed being prestored in a memory device 36 is given to a controller 24 of an oil temperature regulating feeder 22, whereby oil temperature to a spindle head 16 is positively regulated via a circulating valve 26, and any variation in relative thermal expansion displacement with a bed 10 is prevented from occurring. Next, when the specified time elapses, the selector device 34 is reset to the side of a regulated temperature command device 28, and feedback control takes place so as to cause a temperature difference between oil temperature to be detected by sensors 38 and 40 and the bed 10 to become the specified value. Thus, such oil temperature control that is good in responsiveness is performed even after immediately after the working condition variation, thus machining accuracy is securable.
