CONSTITUTION:The aimed reagent which contains a chelating agent (e.g. ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) and determines magnesium ion as a complex of adenosine 5'-triphosphate. The amount of the chelating agent used is preferably about 0.001-10mM.
