CONSTITUTION:A primary winding 4a for a transformer 4 is inserted in series with the output line of a DC feeding device 1. Only the high frequency component of a communication signal is extracted from a secondary winding 4b for the transformer 4. The high frequency component is input to a high-pass filter 5, and a control signal for controlling an output from the DC feeding device 1 is output. Accordingly, high impedance can be kept only to the high frequency component of the communication signal, and an effect on the control signal can be prevented even when currents from the feeding device 1 alter by the change of load.
