袖板53を水平に開いて、線状麺製品を麺線受台
5上に乗せた後、麺線受台5を機枠1内部の切断
刃3の直下に引き戻し、先ず末端(図中左端)の
切断刃3を末端の切断刃操作用エヤーコンプレツ
サー2で降下させて、切断刃3に取付けた弾性麺
線押え4で線状麺製品を押え、切断刃3で線状麺
製品末端を切除し、麺線押え4に依る線状麺製品
末端の押えを継続した侭、始端(図中右端)の切
断刃3を麺線押え4と共に降下させて線状麺製品
の始端を切除し、次いで同様にして、その次(左
側)の切断刃操作用エヤーシリンダー2で切断刃
3を降下させて線状麺製品を所定長さに切断し、
順次始端(図中右端)側から末端(図中左端)側
へ切断刃3の降下動作を移動させて、線状麺製品
を所定長さずつ順次折損が生じない様に裁断する
ので従来手動で時間と労力をかけて行なわれ、時
には長さが不揃になつたり、製品に折損が出来た
りした、線状麺製品の裁断作業をコンピユーター
6で作動されるエヤーシリンダー2,21,22
で切断刃3、その他の機構を製作して、麺線受台
5上に乗せた線状麺製品を、始端(図中右端)か
ら末端(図中左端)へ順次正確な所定長さに迅速
に折損を生ずることなく、裁断出来る効果がある

に、麺線受台を、機枠底板の両端部前後に下端を
回転自在に連結した4本の支柱脚の上端に、回転
自在に連結保持させ、後側両端の支柱脚を連結し
て、支柱脚軸を取付け、支柱脚軸に、機枠前側の
横枠の両端部に後端を回転自在に取付けた2個の
麺線受台操作用エヤーシリンダーのピストン軸先
端を回転自在に連結して、麺線受台操作用エヤー
シリンダーで麺線受台を機枠の後側へ押し出し
て、上面に麺線を乗せ、麺線を乗せた麺線受台を
機枠内部の切断刃の直下に引き戻す様にし、麺線
受台には、前後両側に一定巾の袖板を回転開閉自
在に取付け、袖板を麺線受台の下面に取付けた袖
板開閉用エヤーシリンダーで、麺線受台が機枠の
後側へ押し出された時点に於ては、袖板が両側へ
麺線受台上面と同一平面になる様に開き、麺線受
台が機枠内部に引き戻された時点に於ては直角に
直立して切断刃の降下に依る麺線の移動を防止す
る様にし、機枠の一端にコンピユーターを取付け
て、切断刃操作用エヤーシリンダー、麺線置台操
作用エヤーシリンダー及び袖板開閉用エヤーシリ
ンダーを所定順番に所定の時間的間隔を保つて操
作する様にしたことを特徴とする、麺線裁断機。1.
