Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ 充ビーム発生手段と、光ビームの走査を行な
う偏向手段と、偏向手段と被走査面の間に設置さ
れ、正のパワーを有する第１の光学手段と、第１
の光学手段と被走査面の間に設置され、走査方向
と走査方向に垂直な方向で異なるパワーを有し、
かつ走査方向に垂直な方向で比較的強いパワーを
有する第２の光学手段と、光ビームを検知するこ
とによつて走査の時期を検出する走査時期検出手
段を有する光走査装置において、前記走査時期検
出手段は、光検知素子より成り、光検知素子に至
る光ビームは前記第２の光学手段の作用を受けな
いように構成したことを特徴とする光走査装置。 ２ 請求の範囲第１項において、光検知素子は、
光ビームの走査方向の径が最小となる位置に設置
したことを特徴とする光走査装置。 ３ 請求の範囲第２項において、走査時期検出手
段は、前記第１の光学手段と前記第２の光学手段
の間に設けた反射鏡と光検知素子より成り、前記
反射鏡によつて前記光検知素子に光ビームを入射
させることを特徴とする光走査装置。
