手段と、前記異常検出開始時若しくは前記全閉指
令信号出力開始時から計時を開始する計時手段と
、計時開始から所定時間経過後に、異常が継続し
て検出されかつ機関回転数が所定値以上のときに
機関への燃料供給を停止させる燃料供給停止手段
と、を備えたことを特徴とする内燃機関の補助空
