る射出スリーブの拡大詳細図、第３図は離型剤噴
射の制御手段の一例を示す制御系統図、第４図は
離型剤噴射のための加圧回路の、射出スリーブの
温度に応じて区分したライン区分例を示す図であ
る。 １……下金型、１ａ……キヤビテイ、２……注
湯口、３……射出装置、７……射出スリーブ、１
０……射出チツプ、２２……離型剤、２３……ス
プレーノズル（吹付け手段）、２４……温度セン
サ（温度検出手段）、２５……制御手段。

Claims (1)
- 溶湯が注入される射出スリーブと、該射出スリ
ーブ内の溶湯を押圧して、金型のキヤビテイ内に
射出する射出チツプとを備えたダイキヤスト装置
において、上記射出スリーブ内に離型剤を吹付け
る吹付け手段を、上記射出スリーブの開口部に対
向させて設けるとともに、該射出スリーブの温度
を検出する温度検出手段を、上記射出スリーブに
設け、該温度検出手段の検出値に基づいて、上記
吹付け手段により吹付けられる上記離型剤の量を
制御する制御手段を備えていることを特徴とする
、ダイキヤスト装置。
