Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the load of a system control microcomputer (SC) and to reduce time delay by directly forming recording data by a signal obtained from a DAI signal by demodulation without passing the SC. CONSTITUTION:A DAI demodulating part 12 extracts a PCM audio data, a U bit and a C bit in a DAI signal format and sends these data from outputs A, B, C. A PCM-ID forming part 13 forms PCM-ID data based upon the C bit, a sub-code ID forming part 14 forms sub-code ID data based upon the U bit and these data are sent to a digital signal processing part 15. The processing part 15 forms recording data together with the processing of the PCM audio data sent from the demodulating part 12 and sends a signal from an output F to a recording part. Since data can be directly obtained without passing the data through the SC, the load of the system can be reduced and data delay is not generated.
