Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution of the title circuit by making the display of a selecting circuit and the decision of an operation mode in one operation by setting up a lamp normally ON state or ON-and-OFF state respectively at the time of lock ON or lock OFF, by inputting the output of a timer turning on and off at a fixed period and a signal indicating a lock ON state through a selecting circuit to said circuit. CONSTITUTION:At the time of lock ON to an external synchronizing signal 3, a comparator part 6 generates a high output, and at the time of lock OFF, generates a low output. The output of the comparator part 6 and the output of the timer 14 are inputted and the output of the circuit 13 is inputted to a selecting circuit 10b. Since the circuit 13 is constituted of a NOR circuit, the output of the circuit 13 is always high when the output of the comparator 6 is high. Since the circuit 10b is constituted of an AND circuit, the output of the circuit 10b is high when the output of the comparator 6 is high or when an input at the time of selecting dubbing or external synchronism is low and both the displays 11, 12 are turned on.
