Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for a temporary fixing and to thin the thickness of a brazing filler metal as well with the joining part being compact without any defect by thermally spraying the powder of an amorphous brazing filler metal at high speed and yet high heating by a plasma thermal spraying device and executing brazing by forming the coating layer thereof. CONSTITUTION:At a thermal spraying stage, the powder of an amorphous brazing filler metal A is thermally sprayed on a flat or corrugated sheet 2 or 3 by the thermal spraying gun 4 of a plasma thermal spraying device 1. At the following film layer forming stage the film layer of the amorphous brazing filler metal A is formed on the specified part of such the sheet 2 or 3. Since the film layer of the amorphous brazing filler metal A is formed by high speed and high heat thermal spray like this, the temporary fixing is unnecessary, no org. solvent, etc., are contaminated, its thickness can be made thinner than that of a thin plate 2 or 3 and the adhesive force to the plate 2 or 3 is strong.
